Terminal B at Dallas Fort Worth Airport was designed by the architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill and opened on December 17th, 2008.
Terminal B has one of the longest passenger concourses in the world because it was built with a future growth capacity. The concourse is mostly underground so there is no sun to be seen in terminal B. Terminal B has a parking lot that can hold up to 1,200 cars and consists of 3 levels of parking. The terminal also has a baggage claim level which consists of 8 carousels and it also has 30 gates
