Directions From DFW Airport
Follow the signs to baggage claim located on the lower level of the Airport terminal Exit baggage claim and proceed to the Shuttle Bus pick-up area. Upon arrival at the Rental Car facility, please proceed to the Alamo counter located on the left to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys. Monday-Friday 12:00 AM - 4:00 AM Saturday and Sunday 10:00 PM - 4:30 AM.
If returning after hours, please place the keys in the overnight drop box located in front of the National/Alamo return kiosk, proceed inside on the upper level to the shuttle busses to return to the terminals.
